From them taking the order in the parking lot to picking up the food at the window was great as usual.
As always, excellent customer service, fast and friendly! The food was hot and fresh! My favorite spot, when I have extra.

Food fresh and hot as always, my main objective was the peach milkshake. Employees as always courteous and smiling, wife and granddaughter enjoyed as well,CFA is the only chicken she will eat.
This is our local CFA, and my family has always gotten excellent service here. Really appreciate how the University Place restaurant is engaged and involved in the University City community as well.
Posted this yesterday; still upset Now anyone who knows me, knows my love for Chic-fil-a.... however, I just had my worst experience here at this location. I am always complimenting them on exceptional customer service, but not this time! All I wanted was to use the restroom and get a strawberry milkshake w whip cream and no cherry... The customer service sucked! The girl who took my order walked off and went to talk to her friends (who showed up at her job)..... and the other employees were just looking at me like I'm dumb ... read more
