Good service, good food I go here often for lunch. The food is reasonably priced and there is a good selection on the menu. Their fruit salad is very good as is the toasted chicken salad sandwich. The childrens play area is nice too. The only downside is that they are extremely busy at lunch.
Good food that is good for you, well better than other fast food! I LOVE chick fil a, their ads are cute, their food is good, but I have one complaint that deters me from going there often... I CAN NEVER GET IN THE DOOR! This place is so crowded at peak restaurant times, forget getting through the drivethru and eating your meal before you have to be back at work.
I called and spoke with the manager on duty this evening around approximately 7:07 and he was not helpful not one bit. When I told him my my order was incorrect he asked for the receipt number but I had misplaced my receipt. He told me without it he was unable to do anything and showed no interest in even trying to figure something out. Not one time did he ask what exactly was missing or say if you just come back we can fix it for you. Never been done wrong by Chick-fil-a until today. Bug in my salad, had to drive all the way back for a replacement and you don’t think you owe me my money? Wow. Please beware and just go elsewhere. Lesson learned. Chick-fil-a University Area Charlotte.... #firstChickfiladisappointment
Best Chicken sandwich I’ve ever had and fries were seasoned perfectly. The Lemonade was amazing . Staff was outstanding . The Prosperity Road location should study this location .
This location does not support teachers. They had a chance to give back by participating in Teacher Appreciation Day with other Chick fila around the country and chose not to be a part.
