University Chick-Fil-A is the best!! Employees are very polite and line always moves FAST!!
Great customer service. Very attentive to their customers
Worst Customer Service! Wait in drive thru line for 30 minutes only for it to come to 1030 and they stopped serving breakfast. Despite being in line way before the cut off. I saw several cars leave the line too after me because they were in line well on advance. Bad business!! I don't want lunch at 1030am and I could of went somewhere else but wasted my time here.
Really bummed by chickfila today. We were in line for over 15 mins to order breakfast. When our time came to order it was 10:32. We were told we were unable to order breakfast and had to chose from the lunch menu. I love chickfila but that really made me unhappy. I understand they can be busy but they need a better plan of action. The chickfila by target in Concord actually take your order while in line to avoid these issues. Will not be returning to this location.
