I have had a poor experience the last 3 times I've visited. They have even messed up my so called replacement orders. Each time they say oh come back and we'll fix and even then it's still not right. I've never been compensated for my inconvenience. This location is the worst I've ever visited.
Recommended5 Star Service. They indeed provide superb customer service. From the time I placed my order up until the time the final order arrived I received nothing short of wonderful service. The follow-up calls leading up until that day exceeded my expectations. I had two rather large catered orders delivered on the same day. Listen. I am going to nip this in the bud in the holiest way I know how, so that you all can get it together immediately. I’ve recently moved to Charlotte and this location is the closest to my house. Every time I visit, seems like the staff and service are growing more and more restless, nonchalant and are always rushing. I ordered chicken minis & a fruit cup this morning at the drive thru. There is a long black hair in my fruit. I have strawberry blonde hair, can’t possibly be mine. I will be physically returning this as soon as I can get away from work.
I always come here for breakfast and dinner usually because they are fast and accurate. I was having a rough time one morning crying and everything due to personal reasons and Chrissy prayed for me that morning in the drive thru and I will never forget that. She is wonderful and because of her I will always be back due to her smiling face and caring words ❤️ thank you so much Chrissy ❤️
I do my best to avoid this particular Chick-fil-A. My food is never fresh. Yesterday I ordered the chicken strips by the time I got to my destination which was off of IBM dr my food was dried out & cold. It was obvious my food had been sitting for awhile. I've never had such poor food quality & long waits in line except when I visit this location. I don't mind the long waits if I'm getting fresh food. But that's not the case. I will not be returning to this particular Chick-fil-A.
