The person who waited on me greeted me with what do you want? She asked my name and told me to go stand under the sign. I spoke with someone who identified himself as a manager and he would not make eye contact. He did use a lot of buzz words and blew me off. I don't have to pay for bad customer service and a big slice of attitude.
We had our 5-year-old's birthday party at Build-a-Bear, and the awesome people at Chik-fil-A helped us set up her cake in the food court, reserving a table and helping put up the decorations. They also pretty much gave us one of their super sweet employees to help us order drinks and ice cream. I would highly recommend them if you're in the mall, no matter the occasion! :)
