For being in a mall it was good service and the food was hot and fresh. My kids always love eating here.
Excellent service, always. Usually fresh, hot food (I have had a coupe of off experiences with cold food but rarely) but the thing that REALLY annoys me about this place is that it seems they are ALWAYS out of salads. I understand that this is because they don't do their own prep in store, but when I have to ask if they have the items on their menu before I order, that is a problem. Fantastic service and fantastic food!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!
The person that waited on me was not pleasant . I ordered a medium frosted lemonade and it wasn't filled up and had no whipped cream and cherry. She was too worried about what was going on with co workers . Very poor product and very poor customer service . What I got was barely worth a dollar and most certainly not worth almost four dollars !
