Just wanted to share a positive experience. Stopped by late on a Friday evening, (after 8:00) lines were long as usual but moving along. Placed an order for a grilled club on a gluten free bun which came out on a regular bun but was not only quickly switched out for the grilled club with the separate sealed gluten free bun but was also issued a gift card to compensate for the initial error and wait time. Thank you for great customer service. This is why there’s always a line of cars waiting ❤️
Came out in 110 degree heat index weather to grab a shake, and this place has these young teenagers outside, with little rinky dink fans to keep cool with, taking orders. Yooooo WTF Chick???? #theemancipationhappened
I did not know it was possible to have a bad Chick-fil-A experience until I came to this Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately it is the closest one to my job so I either won’t eat Chick-fil-A or I’ll drive 20 minutes out of the way.
Chick Fil a FLY through in Baltimore on Boston street. It always amazes me how efficient this place is. They can process dozens of people in no time flat. Impressive!
