Hello! I was recently at your restaurant, today actually. I received great service. I did not catch the name of the gentlemen who helped me-but he was fantastic (African American male, short hair, aged 17-19 approximately?). He was working around 2pm. After ordering, I asked him to please fill up my water bottle, and he did! Even gave me ice! Because he was awesome. Great service. Manager Hannah took the time to made me feel like I was the only one there. She was very professional and polite. Excellent team. I am in the restaurant industry as well and your TMs reflect outstanding training.
Every time I've been to this location (4 times) and an order of fries is included, the box of fries is never more than half full. They should probably improve upon making sure the fries fill the box before giving a order out.
Shoutout to Dawn and the team at the Canton Crossing Chick fil-a for exceptional customer service and delicious food.
If I had a half hour for lunch I would not be in this slop your serving... waiting in line for 32 mins sucked. Would not recommend the drive thru here....
