My First experience was today and I'm Super impressed by the Safety Precautions they Practice. Secondly all of the staff that I had interaction with were 5☆☆☆☆☆ . So Very courteous and helpful. Y'all have a new FAN.
I don’t live around here and this is the best chick-fil-a I’ve encountered. I’ve been to plenty of chick-fil-a’s over the years on my birthday and not once has one ever sang to me. but a couple employees came out and sang to me and it honestly made my day because I was having a bad day. Keep up the great work guys❤️
I usually do mobile order and within minutes of pulling up, theyre bringing my order out to my car. Today, there was a glitch in the matrix.... After 20 minutes, without initiation from me, a manager came out to check on me... and realized the order is nowhere in their system. As he goes back in to process the order, another team member comes to my car with this... says its from the Manager and he apologizes for the error and wait. I do often buy chicken,love the taste always want more everyone it's yummy.
I dropped my keys in the runoff drain while getting out of my car in drive through. I went in to ask for help after getting my order and before I came back out Ana was out there fishing in the drain trying to get my keys. She eventually got them after rigging up a pole and hook. The fact that they took time out of their day to help me was very much appreciated. Chic-fil-a employees and food are top of the line.
