Love this Chic Fila. They are well organized. Food is a always fresh. Employees are very friendly. Store is very clean.
Had a poor customer service experience. I used the online portal to submit my issue and was notified that the store would contact me directly to address my email. I heard nothing. So I called the store myself and left a message asking for a return call from management. Again, I heard nothing. I won't be back.

My favorite place to grab lunch is Chic-fil-A and I was a bit late getting it today. Pulled into the drive thru for my to go order and sat there for 15 minutes! One car ahead of me was served yet the outside lane moved six cars while I waited until I could safely get out of line and drove over to Gary's Hamburgers!!! You guys having a bad day? And why would you set up two lanes and not monitor the orderly serving of your customers? I would like to know the answer to that.
