We went to CFA Cow Appreciation Day right around lunch time. While the parking lot and drive thru areas were both full, inside was so well organized! CFA had greeters to get you to a cashier quickly and food came out very timely & correct, while hot! We found a place to sit without any issues. Employees walked the seating area assisting customers with anything they needed. Our cashier even carried drinks to our table because our hands were full. Great experience!

It was so very very crowded at Cow Appreciation Day today (as we know it is at every CFA). We came during dinner time and yet every single staff member we came in contact was still smiling, still saying “my pleasure.” I was very impressed. I know I’m never that cheery after a hectic day, but they were. Well done, Augusta Exchange CFA!

Friendly staff and great food
As many times as I've been to this location, today was the first time they got my order wrong. I went through the drive thru with my 2 month old daughter and turned to check on her and didnt hear the girl clearly. Got halfway down the road and realized they gave me just nuggets and a drink and not the meal I clearly ordered. Turned around and had to take my daughter out of the car and carry her carseat into chickfila to fix my order and they still charged me for the fries after they took my order wrong. Went here today, waited 10 minutes to get my cup refilled and still nobody came to help even tho 5 people looked at me. Disappointing
