If a customer wants to order at the Drive thru window let them. It’s not cool how an employee with attitude stands at my window ( all in my personal space) smirking . I left after telling her to back up n came to Evans location. 3rd time at this location bad experience n it’s always from the people in Drive thru. I’m done with this location

Went there on Saturday to get my son and I some food before we had to be back at the church for a wedding he was in. The drive thru was crowded but it was a normal amount of cars for that time of day. Ordered two kids meals. Paid and drove off . Got back to the church to eat , and they only put fried in the bag . There was no time to go all the way back and exchange.
I went to Chick-Fil-A, at the Augusta Exchange, and I ordered a kid's meal and a large fry. The lady at the window told me that the kids meal doesn't come with a large fry so they charged me for a large fry and I told her, "yes that's what I wanted, a kids meal AND a large fry." She gave me the food and I drove off, I checked the bag and there was chicken nuggets, a large fry and an apple juice. great Food Great Service
They were very busy at lunch time. However, my wait was short and the food excellent. All the staff was friendly and smiling. Some other fast food places need to take lessons in how to train staff.
Just ordered a large fry (like 15 minutes ago) and got home and realized i received a regular fry. And the fries are never fresh at this location. I would bring my receipt and food back but it’ll be closed and it’s not even worth the gas. Just annoying.
