The Augusta Exchange location is always busy and always has good food and excellent service.
My son and I eat there at least twice a month. Friendly service, fast, clean and good food. There is a young man who works there and is out on the floor cleaning tables, sweeping, etc. When he is working he always comes up and talks to us and the other customers. Just to say hi, but he is very polite and does a great job keeping the floor clean. Kuddos to your entire staff!
No matter how busy they are when i get there I am always in and out very quickly with a correct order! They employees are always smiling and happy as well as polite. I really appreciate that!

Stellar service, great food very prompt. Drive thru was long but workers were moving quickly to take orders. Went inside and was assisted so quickly with a friendly upbeat attitude. Chick-fil-A has the perfect customer service formula.
