I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Augusta exchange!! We are huge chick fil a fans but usually we go to Peach Orchard bc it's closer to our home. Last night we went to dinner at Augusta exchange and they were having kids/ family night Under the Sea theme...not only was it super cute with all the decorations but the staff was AMAZING!!!! The staff here always go out of their way to make sure the service is great. The drive-thru lane is so quick and friendly.
Gave me NO sauces even tho I asked for extra ketchup and extra honey mustard. Normal lemonade instead of diet. My order was rung up right on the receipt but they missed half of it when filling it.
Usually I have a great experience but today was not! The person who waited on me asked me to step to the side away from the counter after taking my order. The problem for me NO one else was waiting to be served. Then he walked away to replenish cups! Then he gave me my food without checking the bag so when I was half way home I checked - needless to say the order was completely wrong!
