Came through the drive thru was greeted by a lovely girl named Tiffany C. Explained I wanted to do a partial payment on my chickfila card and the rest in cash. She was so sweet. Took the partial payment from my app and instructed me to continue to window. Lady at the window whose name I didnt get was just as professional and polite. Great start to my morning
Terrible. Acted like my calendar card didn't work despite working all year. Then instead of trying to fix it just said do you want anything. Then I changed my order to just get the combo and a 2nd sandwich. Said they got it including second sandwich. Never got the sandwich on my order. To top it all off the fried I got were cold. If I had paid with my credit card vs debt I'd honestly just do a charge back and never go back.

The food is always good but the service is even better! That's what keeps us coming back. Trying to juggle a toddler and a tray can be difficult but they will even ask to refill our drinks! The manager of the Evans location should take some notes! We drive a little extra to get better service.
