I'm writing this review on behalf of my fiancé. Her experience with this practice has been a nightmare. Please do not make an apt with Chicago Dermatology. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My fiancé saw Dr. Ghandi to have minimal spots frozen off her hands. I personally never noticed the spots. They were tiny microscopic bumps you could barely see. Out of business as of 11/29. Went today to see why they were not returning our calls and had the dental company that shared a business office with them tell us that they went out of business "about two weeks ago." Did not give ANY notification about their closing.

Terrible unprofessional office! Might as well see a guy named Joe in a back alley for your dermatology needs. The office will randomly close without notice even though the appointment was confirmed and no one called to cancel! Someone needs to look into this sham of a doctor office because there is definitely something shady going on. The front desk is run by little teenagers. I had no problems with kashlan. However, Mona ghandi seemed like she wanted to control the situation every time. She asked me what course of action we should follow and what I think is best for what I have. I told her what I wanted to do and she disagreed....then why even ask me what I wanted to do? This concerned me. However she truly does care for her patients and helps them. She is a kind person.
