I saw a diverse set of choices delivered to our table. We started with lobster escargot and lots of cocktail shrimp. This was incredible. The lobster escargot is something I have not seen elswhere. It was delectable. Personally, as a purist I ordered the bone-in filet with bernaise. Cooked mid rare as requested it was delightful.
