Irate does not cover it. Absolute WORST customer service. I valeted my car for a company dinner; $900 later I go to retrieve my vehicle. Chicago Cut was always my go to for company lunches and meals. I received my car back with a completely DEAD battery, needing it to be towed to my dealership. Neither the restaurant or the valet are taking responsibility for not returning my vehicle in the state I left it in. I actually just left the restaurant. We were seated outside and had a great experience. Our server, Rebecca, was super attentive and made our first visit amazing. The food was awesome. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and our sides were delicious. I will definitely be going back. Thank you, Rebecca, for making our anniversary dinner that much more special.
My family and I attempted to eat here.. We were greated and seated very fast. (we did have reservations) Our server was amazing, his knowledge of the menu and drinks was phenomenal!! How ever our toddler had a melt down and we choose to leave rather then turture the other guests any longer. I just wanted to thank you all for the fine service that we did receive, and for being understanding to the situation. :) Thank you
