Top notch customer service. Great public spaces with a variety food and activity to suit everyone. Great downtown location that close to museums, shopping and dining. My nits - room was small, but decorated nicely. No drawers for clothes. We shared a late night snack at the Cherry Circle bar and felt that the service was a little laxed. For example, table was never cleared and took us a while to get our check. Also wish the menus were not exclusive to each area. The Chicago Athletic Association Hotel is beautiful. I'm a bit of a history nerd so I loved things like the original pool floor on the mezzanine and the original gymnasium on the 4th floor that can actually be used. The design details in the drawing room are gorgeous and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I'm already looking forward to playing in the game room on my next visit!
