We have stayed at a lot of great places over the years, but never have we experienced something so close to perfection. Happy employees, comfortable and welcoming spaces, and extraordinary yet seamless attention to detail. Thank you for making our trip to Chicago so wonderful.
I was in the Drawing room for a surprise party for a friend. It was a great space. The staff were available and helpful. The snacks that were ordered we're successively better and better, and all tastes great. Genuinely, all the guests had a great time. My only thought that would have made my experience a little more pleasant is the lighting. At one point it got dimmer and was pretty dark in the room. It made for dark photos. Not enough to change my star rating though.
