This long-vacant Venetian Gothic landmark on Michigan Avenue springs back to life as a hotel and mecca for inspired recreation. It's personal here, because the soul of Chicago is a kind of club-and on our team, everyone belongs.

Wonderful, attentive service and amazing decor. Wish I could live in their lobby lounge. Free coffee or tea with a room key. Fascinating history. Navigating the layout is a bit confusing: lobby on the 2nd floor, some elevators don't go to certain floors. I'll be back even if I have to invent a reason.
A treasure. Truly. Curated and special. Will be my go-to special place from now on.
