Everyone at the office is so nice and welcoming — from the referral coordinator Peyton, the ladies at the front desk, my nurse Latoya, to Dr. Heithold. They got me in quickly and took excellent care of me. Dr. Heithold did an amazing job on my surgery and even treated a second issue I didn’t know I had. Latoya was so sweet and called to check on me a few days after surgery. I highly recommend this office!
Went in to get triple hernia surgery this morning only to be told that the Dr. cancelled it No one bothered to let me know . The reason it was is because they didn’t not send my cardiologist a request for a medical clearance even though he told me this would be done as standard protocol for a heart patient. I had family come in from out of town to take care of me post surgery. They and I incurred unnecessary expenses and trouble due to this negligence. So they dropped the ball horribly and could have put my life in jeopardy ... read more
