Extremely well run. The staff seems to be well trained and caring. I’ve had the need to use their services 2 times and have been very pleased both times.

My 88 year old grandmother went to CHI Imaging this morning. She was fasting from 6 PM the night before. She arrived at 9:50. She wasn’t seen until 12:05 despite talking to the receptionist multiple times. There were only five people in front of her (according yo the receptionist). People who walked in after her were seen immediately. This is a walk in bloodwork lab. She did not have an option to schedule an appointment because they don’t do appointments. I had a MRI scan and I was told at the time of the visit that if I payed cash up front without using my insurance it would be significantly cheaper . I payed up front and then a month later I received a bill for the portion that my insurance did not cover . I was told that my insurance company would not be involved but they were billed , after being rerouted a couple of times by operators and holding 15 minutes , a recording informed me that there was an outage and to try my call next week . I came by at 4:15 PM to drop off a specimen and was told that the lab tech left at 4 PM. I didn’t have a problem with the lab tech leaving at 4pm but what I had a problem with is no one else could take the specimen I brought for the lab? Instead I was told to come back tomorrow. The website says they’re open until 6:30pm. It seems as though just dropping by is not wise especially if you live in Cleveland. I will definitely call in the future.
