My primary care doctor sent them a referral a month ago, and I have not heard from them. all I get is voicemail when I call
Today they are closed, on a regular business day. I've requested home portable oxygen last week and I still haven't received it. You can't leave a message to speak with their care team, it doesn't give you that option. The only option is for an emergency; which this could and would happen if I couldn't receive my fathers oxygen. They are booked solid, they try to work with you, I am requesting a sooner appointment, but they have not informed me as of one yet, it has been a week. Very Frustrating Practice.
I have been seeing the providers at CHI Memorial Lung Care for the past 3 years and they have made a huge impact on the quality of my daily life. I have been seen by Sandra Webb FNP-C, her assistant, Jessica, and Dr Gross. They take the time to discuss any concerns I have and work diligently to help me achieve the best possible outcomes.
I saw Dr Gross and she was great!!!!!!
