I love the clean service and judgmental free environment setting
I rate their service very poorly. Dr. Ambroserti I guess is a good enough doctor but his nurse is lousy. I have trigeminal neuralgia which is a very painful condition. My medication stopped working for me which happens with this disease so I saw Dr Ambrosetti. He put me on a different medication to try and after a couple of days later I left a message on his nurses voice mail telling her the medication wasn't working and told her how horrible my pain was. I had an amazing experience at my clinic visit. Kaycee is the most amazing medical assistant I have ever encountered. She has a kind heart for the patients and the triage process was so welcoming with her! Kaycee is very knowledgeable and is on top of it with her job, she even drew my blood and I did not feel a single thing! Kaycee made my first visit very easy. Someone give her a raise or promote her!

Chi memorial is downright horrible. Last year they decided to stop accepting my insurance plan with BCBS in the middle of the year, so we switched to a UHC plan to begin this year which online states is in network and UHC has told me 3 times now that it is in network yet this place still refuses to accept it. Upon doing my research on my own it appears that CHI memorial discriminates against anyone who has to buy their insurance plan through the Marketplace, such as anyone self employed like myself, they exclude UHC marketpl... read more
