I called the lady at the desk told me to hold , i was on hold for 4 mins then she hung up the phone without getting back to me. I called back TWICE she just immediately put me on hold for minutes again .
Dr Anna is on the ball. Sometimes it seems like she wasn't paying attention but it was taken care of. She is really good. The receptionist are very helpful and funny Always look forward to my next visit.
HORRIBLE. I was trying to set up a new patient appointment for my husband as he works so much and the woman was beyond rude on the phone. She asked what insurance we had in which I told her but was unsure the exact plan but had the member ID then there was a long pause and just attitude saying that wouldn’t work and THEN said I couldn’t schedule a appointment for my husband anyways.
