Many of these reviews are old, and honestly I wouldn't have gone if I would've read them before scheduling (I'm glad I didnt read them!). My experience here has been great so far. I saw Dr. Worth. She was professional, caring and exactly what I was looking in a PCP in general. Her nurse was also great. The facility and front office also exceeded my expectations. I requested a referral to a specialist and some more bloodwork- all of which i received promptly. No complaints from me!

I am deeply disappointed with Dr Shults staff. Dr Shults is a wonderful Doctor who truly cares about his patients and listens carefully. He goes above and beyond to make sure I was calm after waiting an hour to be seen. How embarrassing to be represent Chi Memorial in such a horrific way. There was only a few patients me included and Chelsea ignored me. They are extremely rude and make you wait forever to speak with someone to make appointment.
