Our family recently purchased our living room and bedroom set from Chf. They always seem to have styles that appeal to my taste! Nicer quality than the other stores in the area. I hate wasting my money on inferior quality products. The sales staff seemed very professional and concerned with my needs. They helped me put together what I think is beautiful! I care about how my home looks and prefer dealing with proven long lasting businesses like Chf. Kudos!
Horrible customer service. Went in today inquiring about a sectional.. The sales lady stated she would go get more info. Left me waiting upstairs 20 minutes while she's downstairs eating cheeto's. She completely forgot about me.

We were told to visit CHF Home Furnishings a year ago when we first moved to Boise. We met Josh Caldwell who was extremely knowledgeable and well versed in his product line. We purchased a higher end refrigerator and washer and dryer. We experienced mechanical problems with the fridge and throughout the process of repair and replacement Josh was always there. I am not sure another dealer or location would take care of us the way that Josh and the CHF Family in general did. Customer service seems to be "ingrained" in the cult... read more
I bought appliances from chf for about one year and in that time I have 3 wrong deliveries and several item that had to be fixed or returned! The accounting system is horrible! When you have to return an item then get another both show on your account as owed! The one doesn't get credited until the bookkeeping person gets to it and by that time you have received many "collection notice" on items that were wrongly delivered in the first place!! My refrigerator died. I went into the CHF Clearance store about 3:15 on a Saturday afternoon, got a great price on a new fridge, and it was delivered to my home in an hour, with no delivery charge. Can't beat that kind of customer service...and the price was the same I would have paid at a big box chain, plus a delivery charge and several day wait...CHF is awesome!
