Dishonest Deal My husband and I went to CHF to purchase a new sofa. We were told that if we special ordered it, unless it came with factory defects, we would not be able to receive a refund. However, if it arrived with factory defects, we could receive a store credit in the amount of the sofa cost. We were pleased with those conditions...thinking we were covered.
