What company gives you full credit on a bed purchased five years ago? This company does! After voicing my dissatisfaction with a bed I had purchased I received a phone call from a very nice lady named Sandy. She apologized for the product and told me CHF would be happy to issue me a full credit! I visited the store shortly after and found a new bed I was very impressed with. I was greeted by Erin Kelly, a very friendly and knowledgeable associate, who was eager to help me. After a bad experience at another furniture store, we were recommended to CHF by friends and can honestly say they have the best customer service by far and the biggest selection! Kisa Mawae greeted us graciously and asked us what our needs were. I am a foot taller than my wife and we were looking for a new couch that would fit us both comfortably.
