Special ordered love seat was worst job of upholstery I have ever seen, we are stuck wth a $1,000 piece of poorly constructed junk.

Quick to take care of a small problem I had. Also, when we purchased our washer, dryer and fridge the folks who set up the delivery were very prompt and even got it to us before thanksgiving.
