Went in to buy some furnature to outfit my new house. I did not get past the door as not a single employee inside was wearing a mask as mandated by Ada county. I immediatly left and took my buisness to another store. I will not be back.

Bought 2 lazboys. one was supposed to delivered in 3 weeks. after five weeks I was told a few more weeks. now I'm waiting for BBB to help me get my refund. Terrible customer experience, and service
RecommendedThey are consistent in their superb customer service and make you feel valued. It may seem like a small think but I’ve never walked in without being offered a bottle of water. We have worked mostly with Kisa, who is patient and has a great eye for color and style. When she is not there someone else graciously gives their undivided attention without acting put out in the least. Chf is a class act!
RecommendedEven though Chf is closed during the Coronavirus issue they have their salesforce working from home. Lyndell helped me find and order a freezer. I tried ever other big box store and Amazon. Lyndell was a true breath of fresh air. Will definitely shop at Chf again and will pass the word.
