The staff is really friendly at this office. I was there last Friday for a crown placement on a new dental implant. Dr. Pfiefer is very professional and he is very focused on doing things right. I really appreciated that. The dental assistant, Michelle, was great. She was so funny and really made me feel comfortable. I would say she was the best dental assistant I've dealt with at any dental practice! Great job guys, thank you for my new smile!
Office is very nice, the staff is friendly, my hygienist was excellent and the doctor is always friendly.
I had a lot of work that i needed to be done and the staff at Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry made it happen! Not only was the front office super welcoming but the dentist and his assistants did an amazing job and made me feel super comfortable! I have a pretty bad panic attack disorder so when I went in yesterday (7/25/2016) I was absolutely terrified to have my wisdom teeth removed. The staff there whos names I wish I had gotten where literally the nicest people I've ever worked with at a dental office. From the front desk ladies and the assistants to the oral surgeon, everyone there was so supportive and understanding of my disorder and treated me with respect and kindness I didn't expect. I have to have some serious dental work done at the end of the month. Honestly, dentist's scare me to death. I've been to so many that were either rude caused a lot of pain or just didn't care about the patient. This place has been the absolute best since the first day I walked in the door.
