We had our first appointment tonight, and we were blown away by how amazing it was. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly! They were very accommodating from the appointment (which we only set a few days ago) to staying a little later to make sure the dental work was done properly. My husband and I were also impressed by how clean and welcoming the office was. Sam cleaned the equipment almost immediately after it was done being used. A big THANK YOU to Dr. Lily for taking such excellent care of my dental emergency. Several other dentists suggested an extraction and a dental implant. Dr. Lily did a complete assessment and determined all I needed was a new post and crown, saving me thousands of dollars and sparing me months of discomfort. Pain, Pain, Pain.😱😱😱 STAY AWAY I’m a 38 male and went in to clean an infected bone graft. The doctor never offered me any kind of anesthetic, even when he saw me shaking on the chair. I left the clinic and cried in my car. I was in shock. If you like pain, this is the perfect place for you. If you don’t, find another doctor. After this procedure was done, I asked for a refund so I could do the bone graft again at another clinic and after trying for months I got my refund denied.
