Scheduled an oil change appointment with the service department for 10:30 and ended up sitting at the dealership for 3 hours, it’s been about 3 days and I’ve been getting “Add Engine Oil” notifications everyday since the appointment. I thought it might’ve been an error, so I called to ask about the issue and was instructed to bring my truck back. I’m currently taking my vehicle back for them to check the oil level when it should’ve been done correctly at the appointment.

Ran over a nail in the morning but couldn't make it in until right before Service closed. They had it fixed in under 15 minutes!

Scheduled a check on recall regarding front center seat belt, they were ready and took my vehicle right away. I had asked for them to check my breaks for source of noise while I was there and they addressed the issue to my complete satisfaction. Due to total time running longer than expected, they provided a loaner, so I could pick up something for lunch. The service advisors were friendly and attentive.
Terrell in service is a great communicator and very reliable. Every time I've come in I've had zero issues and any questions I've asked he answers without making me feel rushed or inadequate. He's even gone the extra mile before to print me out paper work so I can have a better understanding of my warranty and was so nice about it.

Purchased a Suburban from them a few months ago. Was treated very nice. Had it serviced today. The service manager is top notch. Good place to buy a vehicle. Good place to get it serviced.
We bought a used 2016 car there. In the first week the clutch kept sticking to the floor, had to replace the clutch master slave. Had the car for about a month when the battery died. Almost $1000 spent on repairs in the first month and a half. Do you not inspect your used cars???? Or are you just trying to move them off the lot. .. buyer beware!!!!!!
