RecommendedFOUND A LUG NUT IN MY CENTER CAP! They are always good at only about a wait of half an hour if you wait there for your truck BUT this is unacceptable. I now worry about the rest of my lug nuts. Are they all there? Do I need to go behind them and recheck my torque? Now... to call the manager, Kevin, and find out how Moritz will be taking care of this negligence... TBC....

I sat in the service department for an hour and a half for my recall service and was then told they had to order parts. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a word from a Brian since.
