Deceitful Pricing, Certified Pre-Owned buyer beware! I drove an hour and a half for what was listed as certified pre-owned Malibu. It wasn’t until after my test drive that I found out the certified pre-owned warranty would cost me over $1000 extra! They are also very quick to point out their added pin stripe and door protection, which is nice, but fail to mention until after the test drive that that is also an extra $300. My experience here really felt like the stereotypical games and dealership experience.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! The service department is absolutely horrendous. They will tear up your vehicle without any care or concern. The little "manager", Brian is rude and unprofessional. He DEFINITELY needs to be in a profession that does NOT include the word service. He has no idea how to deal with people, and is only concerned with covering his own behind.

Called about a truck last night talked to Chris and told him we wanted to come drive it this morning from over an hour away .... talked to him at 8:10 am that we were gonna be on our way soon it’s not till 9:40 when we are almost there that he calls to tell us it was sold last night.
