Three ladies traveling from MN to NC and the check engine light came on. We called ahead and the service dept. could read the code but would be unable to repair anything due to the lateness of the day. When the gentleman, with the bootcast on his foot talked to my traveling companions and found out our situation, he said "I will take care of this". Well first off 2nd day went too get my car fix..it was cover under warranty...the problem was they would not give.me a loaner too drive.....n...no rental....loaner they say none available.. Rental is cover under. warranty...tha answer was no az well l didnt make us fuss about but while lm sit n waiting another lady was ask would u like loaner too drive...l say uhmmmm too myself....now that aint right....lm just say n not fair. Cars was available....just didnt want too give me one
