Very, very poor experiences at this dealership, would give zero stars if possible
Just don't expect to be able to get service if you buy here! They are to busy with recalls! Maybe in a week or two! The manager did call to address my lack of service today.
Waited 2 hours for a scheduled oil change! People were talking in the waiting room, saying they hadn't scheduled one. yet they're vehicles were done before mine. Time oil change was scheduled for: 1:20 time I left Uftring Weston: 3:28
Kyle Merritt took his time to drive out to the Nissan store and sold me a brand new Sentra. He's beyond helpful and will work to get you a great price on a car. He goes above and beyond! If you are looking for a great buying experience without the pressure buy from this guy! Thanks Kyle!
