Great service as always. The crew takes very good care of my car and explains all the details of the service or repair I have done.
Terrible experience with the service department, I needed to get one door handle replaced. Not only did I have to call and “check” to make sure my parts were in before my appointment I was told that they may or may not have to keep my car over night or have to pay twice to get my car torn apart and reassembled on two different appointments but that they wouldn’t know until the end of the day. Sansom was great to work with. He was very prompt and helped answer all of my questions. He knew I was driving across the border from Vancouver, and he even called to check on me a few times to make sure I was okay. While he was doing my paperwork, he let me set up my office space at his table and work so that I didn't lose my day. Northwest Chevrolet team treated us good! they were not pushy. They actually got us into our car over 3 years ago and I'm looking to trade my truck in soon I've had couple repairs which 1 was covered under my warrenty. They took care of us stress free. I recommend NW Chevy
