We went in to get a car priced at 10,799. We agreed to knock 150$ off when time came to sign papers . BOOM a hidden $700 charge for an accessory that we didn’t want and that wasn’t mentioned in their ad. When looking at the car it was brought up as a safety feature, only to find out it’s an accessory you can’t remove.I guess bait and switch on price of an ad is the new way to get people in the doors. What happen to honest advertising and customer service. Oh wait, they’re car salesmen..😟😏🙁😞😟
