Our experience at Northwest was great! Our salesman Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure we went home with the car we wanted and in the price range we wanted. We had a price range we wanted to stick with and he understood that and didn’t try to sell us something that was outside of our budget which every other dealer we went to kept doing. I got my oil changed at NW Chevy today and had a great experience with the service staff. They also showed me the status of my brakes and didn’t oversell or pressure me to get them done yet. Lastly I had to reschedule the appointment twice and they were completely helpful and followed up perfectly with a reminder on the day of the appointment. I recomend this team.

I was recommended to NW Chevy for just a general oil change. I didn't buy my car from them, but they were absolutely amazing. From the time we pulled up to the time we left they were so friendly and welcoming. I don't plan on taking my Mazda anywhere else when it comes to service work. Thank you guys for the smiles (and the cookies according to my son) and great work!
