Had a bad experience, very unprofessional!!! Not only that my cousin bought a car from there, n had numerous items stolen out of her truck.. Never again!!!
Three calls yesterday to set up a service for my truck with messages left...... ...nothing, no call back.
NW Chevrolet is first class. The easiest, nicest transaction to date. Nelson and Jeff made the transaction a pleasure and made my wife and I feel like we mattered. Highly recommend and will definitely do business here again.
Have to say a GREAT buying experience on my new Cadillac, My salesman Nelson Cruz did a fantastic job and the fly-in, delivery, drive home went super smooth. I was in and out super fast. Anyone thinking of a out of state sale give these guys a call !!

I was so disappointed in NW Chevy. The finance guy Justin told me this finance company wanted me to have extra coverage, so they added the extended warranty of 2900.00 and i had to buy the gap coverage, didnt bother to tell me i might already have this with my car insurance policy. After talking with finance company they advised that they never advised anything about extra coverage. I was able to go into NW Chevy and ask for a full refund. They are very sneaky liars. I would never purchase a vehicle there again.
