Shay(Internet Salesman) was great. Quickly knew what I was looking for. Worked with me on my trade in. And got me to a price better than I expected for a great Sierra Denali, with some great added options. Fernando (Finance) expedited my purchase to my convenience. Explained plainly the different options of for extended warranty. Chevrolet in general have been nothing but good experiences and great cars. I have no regret Buying my one of my dream trucks. I just wrote a very negative review of this dealership on their web site. Dealer principal, and sales personnel Bryan, Sean, Fernando and Chris (Sales Manager) offer substandard and unremarkable customer service. They over-promise and under-deliver. GM products are great and very competitive; this dealership still treats customer's like they are "lot lizards and tire kickers". Shame on you all.
Had a great experience working with Shay Mailloux, he helped my husband and I each purchase our dream vehicles. Him and his team gave us a great experience. The large selection of vehicles made the process quick and easy. Highly recommend purchasing a new or used vehicle here.
Just wanna give a shout out to Shay Mailloux. He sold me and my family our car. Shay is a salesman down at NW Chevrolet. I messaged him over facebook about a car he had posted. We set up a day to meet and see the vehicle. The vehicle turned out being sold so he insisted on showing us other cars. Going to the dealership I thought I was going to be rushed and pushed into buying a car. That was not the case at all.
