RecommendedSo great to work with.. normally I'm super put off by dealerships. They were all so kind. McKenna was so helpful!! As for current Covid related reviews... Nw Chev was amazing!! We were just in last week purchasing a vehicle and were amazed at how clean, masks worn by all employees or kept their 6 ft distance. Plexi glass up, tire barricade... good work Northwest Chevrolet <3 you'd have to be off your rocker to think they were not following protocol....or bored and looking to bring a local company down!
Lo, Johnny, and Jeff were SO helpful! They were incredibly responsive and great to negotiate price with! I’m happy to have been able to purchase a great used Toyota from a long standing local dealership.
I took my Cadillac Escalade in because the door handle would not work. They took the door apart and then put it back together and charged me $99 before they told me I would need a new door handle and mechanism. Had they told me before they put it back together I felt I could have saved both time and money since they later charged me to take it apart and install the new door handle and parts and put it back together anyway the same day.

We left just about 5 minutes ago, we arrived with the plan to purchase a certain truck. I have never had such an odd interaction with a manager. Things were great, we were just asking for them to give us a specific monthly payment range. A manager comes and throws out a bunch of numbers aggressively, not the kindest attitude the start. Kelly was wonderful to work with!!! However their are a few things you should know when purchasing from them. They automatically put the pulse braking system on your car and then make you pay for it with no other option which I think is a little shady. We also were told that the cars oil had been changed but the vehicle says another thing with only 25% remaining on oil life span. Also we purchased a liner for the back of the suburban and water deflectors for the windows. We have been told that it will take 3 hours to install... read more
