I was beginning to lose hope in car dealerships after a lot of negative interactions I've had but NW Chevy has turned that around. Their advertisements of honest customer service is so true. While my repairs never seem to fall under my warranty (not their fault, I purchased elsewhere) the service has always been friendly, courteous, and with excellent communication.

I took my Corvette in for an oil change. The facility was following all CDC recommendations for the COVID-19 situation. I found EVERYONE wearing masks and appropriately distancing. Despite the precautions the same friendly and detailed service was delivered. The car was sanitized prior to its return to me.
