I need to wait a little for the filling, the work is ok. the office staff is polite.
This doctor is a CHEAT - pure and simple. I have evidence to back up my claim and anyone who has met him would know by now. Ordinarily, you do not expect a doctor whose prime motive is to cheat rather than to cure you.I am also concerned that he is giving a bad name to Indian professionals in particular and immigrants in general.
the day of my cleaning I provided Diana who is the doctor’s office manager with my insurance information and went on my way. I was NEVER at any point in time informed that I owed any amount as I do have amazing insurance and pay all co-pays when requested. Fast forward to about 2 weeks ago when I receive an alert from my credit bureau that Mr. Chetan Parikh at Rockville Family Dental had sent me to collections for a charge of $23 initially which turned into $68 plus a $30 collection fee. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. On the day of my cleaning I went it and filled out the appropriate paperwork and proceeded to be seen by the doctor. I must say that the doctors methods were extremely uneasy and rough given that I was there for a routine cleaning and consultation. I highly do not advise you to take this family dental care at under any circumstance! This dental care is nothing but a fraudulent business, who tried to deceive me. Two of my kids were scheduled for a cleaning. I wasn't there to supervise them. It turns out that the dentist charged me more than they actually did. They only cleaned their teeth and provided them fluoride. A month later, the bill provided included 6 cavity fillings and a x-ray.
