Tegan has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We came to Brookline on very short notice and needed to get everything arranged within a tight timeframe. This company is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I moved in almost two months ago now and was told on move in day by this team that we don’t have a key to get into our mailbox and we won’t have it for a month. This is already ridiculous considering mail was still being put into our mailbox, we just could not get it out.
