3 hrs in the ER waiting room for them to see my sick elderly father. This place needs to have its administration cleaned from the top down. What a disgrace.
Chestnut hill hospital does not have an emergency area. It's the sit , wait and die area.
I don’t know where to start. This hospital is horrible. My father came in because he had the flu. He was really sick and couldn’t recognize anything or answer. This is the first time he was sent here. He came from dialysis center. He usually goes to Temple Hospital in Broad St. I don’t like there, but that my father with care. DO NOT GO! DO NOT GO! DO NOT GO! They are thee absolute worst hospitals they will legit leave you waiting in the waiting room for hours on hours get you in there and not even treat you and try to tell you your not in pain they will leave you waiting for hours and hours in pain with no help you can call the nurse supervisor patient care advocate and still no help
