objected to filling out "updating forms". Did not like that the new male dentist said that they were "trying to make things operate more efficiently, nor did I like the attitude shown by the new woman dentist to the office staff. I thought she was officious and insensitive to their feelings.

Change is always difficult and unfortunetely at times like this it is necessary. Dr.Shale cares deeply for his patients and would appreciate the support and understanding that goes along with these times of transitions. He has placed his fellow colleges of 25 years experience in assisting him through this transition. The new doctors are not the "bad guys". Judgements should be withheld. It is difficult on patients but as well on staff members who have so much to learn and implement in a short time. Frustrations may run high ... read more
