Keri is always outstanding. She is the main reason I continue to go.
Dr. Shale is an artist, a gentlemen and thankfully also a very trustworthy dentist.
Outstanding in every way, down to the use of online booking and reminders.
Dr. Persky is one of the nicest and honest gentlemen I have ever met. Edie is a wonderful receptionist and very pleasant to talk to.
I have been going to the Dental Office at Chestnut Hill for about 20 years. Lilly, the Hygienist is more than wonderful, Dr. Shale is excellent and the Receptionists are lovely. It is like a small family taking care of their babies, the patients!
There was some confusion as to my dental insurance and payment. I did pay in full and then received a call to say that in fact I was correct, they will submit the claim and then give me the appropriate refund.
Overall a good experience!! Thank you Kerry and all!!
Everyone was super friendly and professional. Meg was particularly helpful and went out of her way to explain both my care plan and my payment options.
