I would consider this to be the BEST Dental office in Massachusetts!
Nothing to change, the Rodman Shale Dentist office is filled with extremely competent and kind staff who make the expirience of going to the dentist something I actually look forward to every 6 months (hard to believe, but it's true!). I would comment further on th amenities available at the waiting room (unlimited hot drinks, up to date magazines, and a TV) but those feel irrelevant as I rarely spend more than 5 minutes waiting for my appointment, and mostly end up chatting with those working at the front desk. The dental care I have received from Dr.Shale and my dental hygienist Lily over the past several years has been superb! I came to them with several significant dental and gum issues and they have achieved impressive results.I appreciate their knowledge,professionalism and overall care.

I would like the option for classical music or no music.
Your dental hygienists are absolutely excellent. I have never actually been worked on by Dr. Shale and am looking forward to that next week.
